Privacy Policy.

1. Who controls your data

The data controller is Roberto Zanoni, independent Web Designer, SEO Specialist and Content Creator. Privacy and data-protection contact: freelance.zanoni@gmail.com.

2. Information collected

With your consent, first-party analytics may record a random visitor and session identifier, pages and sections viewed, interactions, active time, scroll depth, referral source, campaign parameters, browser, operating system, device category, screen size, language, time zone and approximate country, region or city supplied by the hosting network. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database.

If you contact Roberto by email or WhatsApp, the information you voluntarily provide is processed to reply and manage a possible professional relationship. The private analytics dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and is intended only for the site owner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Retention

Analytics events are automatically deleted after 12 months. The browser remembers your privacy preference until you change it or clear local storage. Enquiry records are kept only as long as necessary for the conversation, contractual obligations and applicable legal requirements.

5. Service providers and international transfers

Hosting, delivery, authentication and communications may involve technology providers operating internationally. Where applicable, transfers are protected through recognised legal mechanisms and contractual safeguards. This site does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may also request information, correction or deletion and opt out of sale or sharing; this site does not sell or share data for targeted advertising. Privacy requests can be sent to freelance.zanoni@gmail.com.

7. Privacy signals and choices

Optional analytics remain off until accepted. You can reject them without losing access, reopen “Privacy choices” at any time, and withdraw consent as easily as giving it. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a rejection of optional analytics.

8. Children and changes

This professional website is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect their information. This notice may be updated when services or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
